Back from Gennetines with GIG CB! and Vivant, picking up a few new CDs and tunes as we go. Learned a couple of An Dro's from Mike, which are the 2 off the Chouchenn CD. Very nice - not sure they'll work in Vivant, because they really need guitar backing. From listening to the various CD's, possibles include: - The Flaxey Green Dance (John Kirkpatricks' Orlando's Return CD) - Hogsdon Square, the 3 carols, The Trees they do grow high, and maybe the Boston Ruby, all from Jon Swayne and Becky Price's "Love and a Bottle" CD. Other things to consider include - Chocolate Rabbit (from Alan Day) - GIGCB stuff probably - Trumpet and Air (Purcell) ... and of course, those 2 wonderful Matoufet tunes.
